How does AI use your documents?
Only for your answers and assessments. Customer data is not used to train the AI models; decisions on results remain with you.
How do documents get into the platform?
Via connections to Microsoft SharePoint and Atlassian Confluence or by manual upload – only approved sources and permissions are used.
Sign-in & identity
Single sign-on via Microsoft Entra ID: central user and role management instead of extra passwords.
Privacy & data processing agreements
Discuss your GDPR requirements and contractual data processing arrangements with us.
Certifications & evidence
Ask about current evidence and its scope. Supporting a standard does not mean Solviqom is certified against it.
